Our content

The text, design, and branding on this site belong to Codestead. You may share links to it freely, but please don't republish substantial portions as your own.

Your rights in software we build

Those come from your project agreement and the version of the Codestead Client License it names, not from this page. In outline: we keep the copyright, you receive the complete source code and a license covering essentially any use, and that license becomes permanent once the build is paid for. Nothing on this marketing site changes or adds to those terms.

No warranties on the site

This website is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Codestead is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website.
